ANALISIS JABATAN DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP LOYAITAS KARYAWAN BANK SUMUT CABANG PEMBANTU NATAL

The problem in this research is whether there are significant job analysis to the loyalty of employees at PT Bank of North Sumatra Branch of Natal and how much influence. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job analysis on employee loyalty and the extent of their influence on PT Bank of North Sumatra Branch Natal. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bank of North Sumatra Natal Branch totaling 30 people so the population is entirely the research sample. In addition to the data collection techniques used in this research are interview, questionnaire, and documentation As for the use of data processing and analysis of statistical tests with simple regression analysis techniques on a significant level of 5%, t test and the coefficient of determination. From the research and testing using simple regression analysis showed that the job analysis have an impact on employee loyalty in PT Bank of North Sumatra Branch Natal. This is evidenced by the results of a regression coefficient of 0.434. Determinant coefficient results showed that the influence of job analysis variable to variable employee loyalty in PT Bank of North Sumatra Branch Natal is 18%, while 82% influenced by other factors. This is consistent with the calculation using the t test which gained significant value variable job analysis (0.011) is greater than the significance used (0.05), in other words the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is received, which means the job analysis significant effect on employee loyalty in PT Bank Sumatra Branch Natal at a significance level of 0.05 or 95%.
